Auschwitz won't let me go.

Story of the Stars of David and Menorah's from the rotting sleepers in the Birkenau camp.

I can only tell the story in short, but I have given lectures with the poster about our work in Auschwitz.
A few years ago the Lord sent a man, artist Rick Winecke from Israel, to create a unique work of art in Auschwitz. For me, with his spirit directed by God, he is one of the greatest artists of this time.
He was looking for someone to help him with his projects. And he found us and our willingness to help. This help was and still is very extensive, so that he works with us and we often work in Auschwitz. His house with the work of art is about 300 m away from the Birkenau camp. And when we were there, I went to this death camp as often as possible, walked along the tracks to the end of the ramp and the crematorium. You walk along the track where a million Jews were driven to their deaths.
And so much goes through your head, these countless fates, these atrocities that cannot be described in words, and I see the rotting thresholds, the small pieces of wood that had witnessed everything and I thought to myself, you have to hold on to this wooden structure for posterity. And so we molded the wood and made models of the Star of David and Menorah.
We cast these models and I brought some of these casts with me to Israel. There we work as Saxon friends of Israel with the Holocaust victims who are still alive and give them such stars and menorahs. And now the interest in the meeting centers is great, and everyone wants such a piece of cast history. People can't believe that a "German" gives you something like that.

Therefore we would like to ask you
order a valuable Star of David or a menorah.
The proceeds will either be passed on to the craftsmen's service of the Saxon friends of Israel for the Holocaust survivors in Israel or to the Holocaust victims living in poverty in the Ukraine.
